Refund Policy
Last updated: February 22, 2024
At DueLoom, we want you to be fully satisfied with our study tools. We offer a transparent and fair refund policy for our premium subscriptions.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For new annual or monthly subscription purchases, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with DueLoom within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
This guarantee applies only to your first purchase of a DueLoom subscription and does not apply to renewals.
2. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds or prorated refunds for canceled monthly subscriptions. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- Annual Subscriptions: If your annual subscription renews and you forgot to cancel, please contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge to request a refund. We cannot process refunds for renewals requested after this 7-day window.
3. Free Trials
If you sign up for a free trial, your payment method will automatically be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. We will send a reminder email before your trial ends. We do not offer refunds for charges incurred after a free trial ends if you did not cancel in time, unless it falls under our 14-day guarantee for new annual/monthly purchases (starting from the charge date).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] from the email address associated with your DueLoom account. Include your full name and the reason for your request.
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
5. Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are abusing our refund policy (e.g., repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds).
